On December 1, 2003, I will give three more Coaching for God scholarships
so if you want to send an application for the next round, please
do so. The deadline for application is November 21, 2003.

you want the scholarship. The qualifications are a profound desire
to make the Divine the conscious center of your life and the willingness
to discover and let go of whatever is preventing you from realizing
that.
The
scholarship includes a written inventory, a 90-minute intake session
and eleven 30-minute coaching sessions.

THE
FOUNTAIN OF YOU-TH
I
belong to an organization of relationship coaches (Relationship
Coaching Institute). We are a lively bunch and more often than not
there is an insightful and informative discussion taking place on
the listserve.
Earlier
this week, one of the coaches mentioned that she'd heard from "a
poor old lady" of 73 who was bemoaning the fact that there were
no eligible men in her age group. Someone else responded that the
lady's complaints sounded a lot like the complaints she hears from
women in their 30's, 40's and 50's. Then another coach mentioned
an "elderly" client of 65 and that did it for me. I jumped in!
First, I challenged people to visit my website and see recent photos
of me. (I especially like the one in the bunny ears and tail on
the Joy Coaching
page.) Then I shared that on August 31st I was 64 years old
and I am not elderly, or old, or aged. I feel vital, vibrant, and
involved in work and life. I am loving and giving. I serve my clients,
my community, my family and my friends. I believe that I look as
I do because of who I am - a Child of the Divine - and how I show
up in the world (with some thanks to my parents for excellent genes
and eternal gratitude to our Creator).
There IS a Fountain of You-th. It is within you. It is in your heart.
It is in the love you give, in the joy you share, in the gratitude
you express. It is your attitude about life. No one notices wrinkles
on the face that is smiling. Age spots are irrelevant on the hands
that are busy giving. And the heart that loves is ageless and boundless
and filled with Grace.
